另一個有必要陳述的方面：自己的弱點(Weaknesses)，這樣可以顯得你很客觀（objective）

陳述重點在于你認為你自身需要改進的地方，無論是工作習慣，還是專業(yè)知識，或是交流能力等等。需要注意的是：任何一個潛在的弱點必須附有至少一條能使之轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐环N潛在能力的積極有效的方法。
