主要職責(zé):
1.   根據(jù)美容顧問(wèn)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行柜臺(tái)實(shí)地培訓(xùn), 協(xié)助經(jīng)理做好美容顧問(wèn)課堂培訓(xùn)；
2.   招聘、發(fā)展、考核、激勵(lì)美容顧問(wèn)；
3.   專(zhuān)柜柜臺(tái)日常管理；
4.   及時(shí)跟進(jìn)和反饋產(chǎn)品分銷(xiāo)及價(jià)格問(wèn)題；
5.   及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確提供報(bào)表記錄。
具體要求：
1.   大學(xué)本科；
2.   熱愛(ài)化妝品事業(yè)；
3.   具有較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、良好的組織、溝通能力，善于激勵(lì)及人員管理；
4.   良好的英文基礎(chǔ)；
5.   良好電腦技能，如電子郵件、Excel、word等；
6.   當(dāng)?shù)爻擎?zhèn)戶(hù)口優(yōu)先考慮；
7.   性格外向。

Responsibility:
1.   On-job training for Beauty Counselors; Assist Manager to hold Classroom training for Beauty Counselors;
2.   Recruit/ Develop / Assess and Motivate Beauty Counselors;
3.   Counter daily management;
4.   Follow up and feedback products distribution and price issue timely;
5.   Prepare and provide report timely and correctly.
Requirements:
1.   Bachelor degree;
2.   Passion for Skin Care & cosmetics beauty business;
3.   Strong leadership, good in communication and people management;
4.   Good at English listening and reading;
5.   Good computer skills, good at using e-mail, Excel and Word;
6.   Local HuKou is preferred;
7.   Outgoing.
