     這個(gè)職位工作基地在北京，但大多數(shù)工作時(shí)間是在寧夏農(nóng)業(yè)基地以及黑龍江農(nóng)業(yè)基地，因此要求人員除了專業(yè)水平還需要有吃苦耐勞的精神，由于此職位需要與美國(guó)專家共同工作，因此需要英語程度要良好。

REPORTS TO:
Valmont China Irrigation – General Manager and Director of Agronomy - USA
灌溉中國(guó)總經(jīng)理以及美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)總監(jiān)
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with customers to implement Valmont’s unique program for growing rice using mechanized irrigation equipment. Assist customers in the field to ensure that rice crops are grown according to the Valmont program.  Responsible for gathering all crop and process data.  Communicate with Valmont experts to provide all necessary crop and farming information and data.  Assist in translation and communication with Chinese farmers and customer representatives.  Provide agronomic and technical crop production support to additional Valmont irrigation markets. 
與客戶溝通，完成維蒙特灌溉設(shè)備獨(dú)有的水稻種植計(jì)劃，協(xié)助客戶確保水稻生長(zhǎng)根據(jù)維蒙特的方案進(jìn)行。負(fù)責(zé)搜集農(nóng)作物生長(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)，與維蒙特專家溝通提供任何必要的農(nóng)作物的信息和數(shù)據(jù)，協(xié)助國(guó)外專家與中國(guó)農(nóng)戶和客戶代表的溝通翻譯工作。為維蒙特灌溉市場(chǎng)提供額外的農(nóng)業(yè)和技術(shù)支持。
 
CONTENT:
·         Monitor the day to day operations of all rice trials and crops in the field. This includes the evaluation of the needs of the crops and consideration of weather, fertility, irrigation, general growing conditions and any other special considerations related to those crops
·         每日監(jiān)控田地中的水稻試驗(yàn)和谷物生長(zhǎng)，包括谷物需求評(píng)估以及考慮天氣、施肥、灌溉，生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境和其它與作物相關(guān)需要考慮的特殊因素。
·         Act as the technical liaison between foreign farming experts and local Chinese agronomists and crop production experts
·         擔(dān)任國(guó)外農(nóng)業(yè)專家和當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)人員及種植專家溝通的橋梁
·         Implement Soil Fertility Plan
貫徹土地施肥計(jì)劃
·         Supervise Irrigation scheduling
監(jiān)督管理灌溉的時(shí)間安排
·         Implement pest management plan
貫徹農(nóng)害管理計(jì)劃
·         Ensure the protection, calibration and good working condition of all equipment
·         確保對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行保護(hù)、校準(zhǔn)和并維護(hù)設(shè)備保持設(shè)備的良好運(yùn)作
·         Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with tools of all kinds
·         熟練使用各種機(jī)械工具
·         This is a field position and over 50% of the time will be spent working in the field

·         Analyzes and studies crop production results to discover best methods of planting, cultivation, harvesting, and effects of various climatic conditions on crops

·         Implements Valmont’s  methods for control of weed , crop diseases, and insect pests
·         使用維蒙特的技術(shù)控制雜草、病蟲害
·         Work directly with farmers to assist in the application of modern farming techniques leading to increases in crop production
·         與農(nóng)民一起工作，協(xié)助他們應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代化的農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)提高作物的收成
 
EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
·        BS in Agronomy ，Male
農(nóng)業(yè)相關(guān)專業(yè) , 男性
·        Fluent in English, both in oral and in writing
英語口語及書寫流利
·        Positive, outgoing. 
·        工作態(tài)度積極，性格開朗
·        Can easily use Microsoft Office Suite.
·        會(huì)使用Microsoft辦公軟件
·        Familiarity with irrigation systems, and modern planting and harvesting methods and equipment.
